POLICIES AND RATES

Regular Rate:    $899 to $1350 per night           Holidays:   $1550 per night    (6% PA Taxes additional)        

Rates based on the first 2 people regardless of age,  additional guests $39 per person per night in the main area up to 16 people; some exceptions depending on dates and length of stay, please contact owner for details, Regular one-time Cleaning fee $395  To accommodate 17 to 30  people,  there is extra space available with a one-time charge for opening/cleaning of $345.  This space includes a second kitchen, game/living area, additional sleeping areas, and bathroom.  

All monies payable in US dollars.

$1500 security/damage deposit is required at time of booking to secure reservation (refunded within 48 hours after checkout as appropriate for the condition of the house when you leave).

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days high season and holidays).
 
Payments accepted: Cashiers check, money order, certified check
                                     Credit Cards accepted with 4% fee
                                     PayPal with 4.4% fee.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.

Check-out time is no later than 11 a.m.

Quiet time 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

No pets allowed.

Smoking allowed only in the designated area OUTSIDE in the gazebo

Cancellation Policy: Any time after booking $150.00 is assessed.  If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival or 90 days prior to arrival during holidays, the entire rental rate will be charged unless mansion  can be re-rented minus an Administration Fee of $150. 

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Tax ID Number: 1001226513  (Pennsylvania Hotel/Use Tax of 6% for stays of 30 days or less).

Please contact owner for special rates for extended stays.  Stay over 28 days get drastic reductions.  Discounts available for repeat guests.  Also available for weddings, birthday celebrations, retreats, etc.
